This policy covers tmohouston.net, published by Texas Mobility Outlook. It took effect on Oct. 8, 2026.

What the site does not do

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from tmohouston.net itself. The search page matches results in your browser rather than on a search server.

What you send through forms

Contact form. The form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally your organization and phone number. These are sent by email to Texas Mobility Outlook so a reply can be written. They are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, and correction requests are kept as a record of the correction.

Newsletter. The sign-up form asks for your email address and, optionally, your first name. They are stored in the mailing list used to send the newsletter. Every issue has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops further mail.

Form messages and newsletter sign-ups are processed by Resend, an email delivery service, on Texas Mobility Outlook’s behalf. Texas Mobility Outlook does not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.

Server logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records technical request data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Texas Mobility Outlook uses this only to keep the site running and secure.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what Texas Mobility Outlook holds about you, email editorial@tmohouston.net. Requests are answered by email.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
